Sarah Williams, PhD

Dr. Sarah Williams joined adMare's Investments team in 2022, and leverages 15+ years' experience in drug discovery and development towards supporting its portfolio companies. In previous roles at adMare, Sarah has contributed to deal sourcing and evaluation, partnerships development and company creation efforts.

Earlier in her career, Sarah held research scientist positions for several life sciences companies, including Cardiome Pharma Corp, where she led pharmacology research towards developing ion channel modulators to treat arrhythmia and heart failure. She currently also represents adMare on the boards of Evolved Therapeutics and Specific Biologics.

Sarah is a physiologist, with a PhD from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
