Justine Keller serves as Director of Finance at Thryv Therapeutics, where she oversees the company’s financial activities, ensures compliance with applicable requirements, and provides strategic financial reporting and insights to senior leadership. She has played a key role in strengthening financial reporting, enhancing internal controls, supporting strategic planning initiatives, and partnering closely with teams across the business.

Before joining Thryv Therapeutics, Justine worked as a financial consultant for various biotech companies in Montreal, providing strategic financial guidance to support scaling and growth. Prior to her consulting career, she served as Finance Manager for over five years, specializing in process development and software implementations for organizations including Mitsubishi Aircraft and Valsoft Corporation.

Justine holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from McGill University and brings over 10 years of experience in finance management and consulting across multiple industries, with expertise spanning aerospace, software, and biotech.
