Ashley Prasse Miller serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Thryv Therapeutics, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in clinical development operations across a broad range of therapeutic areas spanning pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostic development.

Most recently, Ashley served as Vice President of Clinical Operations and Biometrics at Inflammatix, where she built and led high-performing teams, managed global Phase I–IV clinical trials, and drove successful product filings and regulatory submissions, including the FDA-cleared TriVerity diagnostic.

Earlier in her career, Ashley held leadership and operational roles at MyoKardia, Gilead Sciences, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Across these positions, she consistently delivered results in complex, multi-center clinical studies while mentoring and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Toxicology and a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Affairs.
