Thryv Therapeutics Inc. (previously LQT Therapeutics Inc.) is a privately owned company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  Thryv Therapeutics is pioneering a precision medicine approach to treat genetic and drug-induced Long QT Syndromes, atrial fibrillation and resistant cancers with potent and selective inhibitors of Serum Glucocorticoid inducible Kinase.

OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY

The Manager of Clinical Supply Chain and Packaging will be responsible for clinical labeling, packaging and distribution as well as for planning and implementing activities related to the timeline, cost-effective procurement, inventory and quality control of reference standard and production intermediates.  They will develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions.  This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Product and Process Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Clinical Packaging, Labeling and Distribution to clinical sites.

  • Ensures the availability of intermediates, drug substance and drug product in the supply chain and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels.

  • Responsible for tracking expiry/retest dates and scheduling retesting for all reference and internal (cold-labeled) standards, intermediates, drug substance and drug product.

  • Manages storage and logistics vendors for domestic and international shipments.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.  Equivalent experience may be accepted.

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or other related industry is required, with GMP and FDA environment experience preferred.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • A thorough understanding of cGMPs is preferred.

  • Experience in clinical packaging and labeling.

  • Project management skills are a plus.
